Children in blue leotards doing plie's at the ballet barre

In our IDTA syllabus ballet and jazz classes, we aim to explore the child's creative expression through movement, whilst ensuring that we remain technique focused. We incorporate the popular PBT (progressing ballet technique) into our lessons, which we find really helps the children engage physically and mentally through the prop based exercises.

The Acrobatic Arts programme is based on safe and effective progressions in flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering and tumbling. The grades see a beginner level ability develop through to an advanced dancer and gymnast. We keep our lessons fun and enjoyable for children, working with mats, yoga balls, partner work and much more.
